Before plunging our country into Democratic Socialism President Obama has made several public statements referencing that he (nor any house of Congress – implied) would raise taxes. As a matter of fact, he has made this “no taxes” promise to the American People 26 times!
Yet, he is now “considering” the Value Added Tax (V.A.T.), testing the waters, and he thinks it is a good idea? Sure it is a good idea - if you are insane!

By 1913, 36 States had ratified the 16th Amendment to the Constitution. In October, Congress passed a new income tax law with rates beginning at 1 percent and rising to 7 percent for taxpayers with income in excess of $500,000. Less than 1 percent of the population paid income tax at the time. Form 1040 was introduced as the standard tax reporting form and, though changed in many ways over the years, remains in use today.
The Reagan Tax Cut
The Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981, which enjoyed strong bi-partisan support in the Congress, represented a fundamental shift in the course of federal income tax policy. Championed in principle for many years by then-Congressman Jack Kemp (R-NY) and then-Senator Bill Roth (R- DE), it featured a 25 percent reduction in individual tax brackets, phased in over 3 years, and indexed for inflation thereafter. This brought the top tax bracket down to 50 percent.
DOWN TO 50%? What in the world?
Congress promised a "small" income tax not to exceed 3% when first enacted!
Again, President Obama’s promises to the American People to not only cut taxes but never increase them (Ah, Mr. President … Sir … never increase taxes also means NO additional taxes; that IS an increase … doh!)
“I can make a firm pledge, under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”
“I will cut taxes - cut taxes - for 95 percent of all working families, because, in an economy like this, the last thing we should do is raise taxes on the middle class."
“You will not see any of your taxes increase one single dime.”

Our mission at Francis Marion(.biz) is to insure that we restore our Republic and identify the socialist leaders and their activities. There are countries in the world (i.e., Venezuela) who will love to have not only the Socialist in this country move to Venezuela and become citizens of Venezuela, but they would also love your money too.
Therefore, if you consider that socialism has a confirmed 100% failure rate, why would our leadership believe in socialist policies in America? Simply, a sign of someone who is insane is the continuance of a practice (or habit) while expecting a different outcome. If socialism, and all its variants, fail 100% of the time then we need to ponder the question;
“Is the President, and his supporters, insane?”
We do not think the President is insane, so the only other alternative is that the White House and Capitol Hill has a clear socialist addendum and are imposing it upon the will of the American people with malice.
Our message is clear and simple; with all due respect Mr. President, please stop your socialist behavior and correct all your mistakes before you destroy us.
